Sunday, August 19 church will be at Viking park. All regular adult and Sunday School classes will be suspended for this day. Here’s what we can look forward to:

SERVICE: 11am - 12pm

One Service only - old and new songs

**Please bring a blanket or lawn chairs to sit on

**There will be NO offering taken during the service this week although we will have a locked box that you can put your offering in if you wish.

BACKPACK BLESSING

**Parents with school kids aged preschool thru 5th grade - bring your kid’s backpacks for a backpack blessing during the service

POTLUCK PICNIC: 12 - 2pm

The service will be followed by a church picnic in the park.

GCC will provide the main dish and drinks.

**Please bring a potluck dish based on the first letter of your last name :

A-H Salad,

I-P Side Dish,

Q-Z Dessert.

MINISTRY FAIR: 12 - 2pm

We will also be holding a Ministry Fair in the park. This will be a great place for you to find out more information about our many GCC ministries.

GAMES AND ACTIVITIES: 1 - 2pm

GCC will provide lawn games for teens and adults and fun activities for the kids.

IN CASE OF RAIN:

All these activities will take place at GCC if it is raining on the day.
