Coats For Kids is an annual outreach event at Gurnee Community Church. We invite our congregation to purchase new winter gear for local elementary school kids.  The items are delivered in late November - early December.

This year (2025) our winter gear drive will run from Sunday, November 9 thru Sunday, November 30. Pick up a tag from our table in the Lobby on Sunday, November 9 or Sunday, November 16. The tag will tell you whether you should purchase a coat, snow pants or snow boots for a girl or boy and also what size. There are also tags for hats and gloves.  Bring your purchases back to GCC by Sunday, November 30 latest as they will be delivered to the kids the following week.
